Before Your Child Starts

Once your child's nursery place has been confirmed, parents/carers will receive the relevant new-starter information.

This will include arrangements for completing any outstanding documentation and preparing for your child's first sessions.

Parents will also be given access to Famly, our nursery communication and administration system.

Before starting, parents/carers should ensure that all relevant information has been completed and is accurate, including:

• emergency contact details
• authorised collectors
• collection passwords
• medical information
• allergies and dietary requirements
• medication information where applicable
• GP details
• relevant SEND or additional needs information
• any important information about the child's routines, interests or wellbeing.

Providing us with as much information as possible helps us prepare for your child and ensures that their individual needs can be supported from the very beginning.
